At the heart of the Limousin, La Bonne Auberge lives up to its name (literally, "The Good Inn") by not only providing an excellent place to stay, but also an excellent place to eat! The fixed price menus and a la carte menus at our restaurant in the Creuse change with the seasons. The lunch time Menu de L'Auberge and the "Bistrot" selection are drawn up depending on the market. The “Promenade” and “Gourmet Village” menus offer a generous choice of dishes and change regularly. Children up to 12 won't feel left out with two menus specially for them.

The dining area is both spacious and cosy in contemporary design, and can seat up to 55 people for family meals and banquets. It also features a outdoor terrace in summer.

Our chef composes a refined, inventive, seasonal cuisine which is sure to delight. He uses local produce mainly from the Creuse, and transforms traditional dishes by giving them a touch of the exotic: Char Siu pork skewers, pan-fried Limousin beef filet, gravlax-style magret duck, and many more. Valérie, the restaurant sommelier, will help you choose the right wine for your meal and cheese from among the 120 wines on the menu.
